いつかは出るんだろうな、と思っていた本。日本希代のストライカー、釜本氏のストライカー論。
しかし、意外と意外、内容の３分２はジーコ代表を追っかけての取材記みたいなもので、１試合ごとに、試合の分析やインスペクションが書かれています。あとの３分１が代表各々のＦＷに対する釜本氏の期待と見解。しかし、かつてＦＷ指導でシュートの仕方を請うた選手に「バーンと蹴るんや！」と言い放ったという逸話が残る人ですから、ねえ。
